A combination of systems for pretreatment of wastewater (urban or industrial), including roughing and compacting, residue washing, sand removal, sand washing and degreasing.
COMPONENTS
Roughing with screening and pressing of refuse, including a first separation of solids, which are transported and pressed by the same system. It is made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
Washing in the screening zone: fmade up of a collector with diffusing nozzles and a slotted cleaning valve and collector.
Metal tank fitted with the following systems:
Sand trap-degreaser. Cell in which the sands, the greases and the supernatants are physically separated. The construction material is AISI-304 and AISI-316 stainless steel.
Aeration-emulsion breaking: Air injection for separation and washing of sands and for floating greases and supernatants by means of thick-bubble diffusers.
Compressor: Rotary for injecting air into the sand trap.
Sand extraction: A horizontal transporter which collects the sands precipitated in the tank and transports them to the tilted extractor screw. The construction material is AISI-304 and AISI-316 stainless steel.
Grease pumping: helical pump for pumping grease, coupled to a metal bed plate.
Electric panel for protection and control: for protecting and automating all the systems, including a palm button for emergency shutdown.
